Tim was born and raised in Salisbury, MD & started at Avery Hall full time in June of 1999 after graduating from Salisbury University with a Bachelor‟s in Marketing. He spent 1 ½ years working in Avery Hall‟s claim dept; 2 ½ years in the personal lines dept and in November 2003 completed the Hartford School of Insurance for New Producers and began working on commercial accounts. Tim is licensed in both Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance. He obtained the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in January of 2004, CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation obtained in February 2009 and CRM (Certified Risk Manager) designation in February 2011. In 2010 Tim was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Avery Hall Insurance.

Tim is married to his wife Alicia and they have 2 children together. He has served on the Board of Associated Builders and Contractors and enjoys coaching a youth soccer team and spending time around the water and the beach with his family
