My father‟s family is originally from the Eastern Shore, near Crisfield, also Denton, and St. Michaels. My maiden name is Trice, which is known around Denton.

In my many years here on earth, I have had quite a few different jobs, including owning my own Beauty Shop. But, I finally went to work in the insurance business in 1983, for USF&G. I moved to Salisbury to be USF&G‟s resident adjuster. Things unfortunately don‟t stay the same, different companies came to play and USF&G was gone. But, I on the other hand had lucked out and found a job with Avery W Hall. The people here have been great to work with and have treated me like family.
