Pat earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Finance from the University of Baltimore in 1972; and continuing certifications in Business and Contract Law, Real Estate, Contract Surety and Insurance. As President of AWH, Inc. Part of the Avery Hall Insurance Group, Pat‟s primary focus is Construction Insurance and Bonding as well as Commercial Risks.

Outside of his career,  he has dedicated his time to his family and community.  Pat and his wife Connie have been married for nearly 40 years,  have two married daughters Casey who with her husband Billy is expecting her first child in October,  and Ashley,  who with her husband Daniel welcomed a baby girl to their family in April.

He is the founder and head coach of the highly successful LaxAngels teams, a junior girls Lacrosse program for young girls, ages 4-14, from all over the Eastern Shore, since the early ‘90’s . Pat is also the founder of, and still serves on the Board of Directors of the Salisbury Substance Abuse Community Center, a non-profit foundation that sponsors a facility that provides space for area 12 STEP Recovery groups to conduct their meetings and a safe harbor for those who seek recovery from drug addiction and alcoholism.
