Martha L. Wright, native of Easton, MD began her insurance career in 1988 with Delmarva Health Plan, Inc. with locations in Easton and Salisbury, now known as CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has been employed with Avery Hall Benefit Solutions since 1994, when the Easton office was established. Marti has been licensed in Life and Health since 1993. She earned the designation of Certification of Long Term Care Insurance in 2006.

Marti's is responsible for the Individual Market which includes Health Insurance for Individuals and Families, Medicare Supplements and Medicare Prescription Drug plans.
