Machelle is a native of the Eastern Shore of MD,; she began her insurance career with Avery Hall Ins in July 1977. She is one of the Senior Claims Representatives, she handles and processes claims for both commercial and personal lines.

Machelle enjoys working at Avery W Hall Ins and especially helping customers through their tragedies.

She is a member of the Ins Professionals of the Eastern Shore, Christian Women and is very active in her Church. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
