Lori Nay has been with Avery Hall Benefit Solutions since 2007 as an Account Manager. Lori is responsible for day to day customer service needs including billing issues, enrollment matters and claims inquiries. She obtained her license in Life and Health insurance and her Certification in the Consumer Directed Health Care Market.

Prior to joining Avery Hall Benefit Solutions, she was employed in the Medical Industry for 15 years responsible for medical billing. Lori currently lives in Salisbury with her husband.
