Kristen began at Avery W. Hall Insurance Agency in November 2009. She obtained her Delaware Property & Casualty Insurance license in December 2009 and the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation in July 2010, and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation in April 2011.

Kristen is currently pursuing the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.

Prior to joining Avery Hall, Kristen worked in banking for six years as a Commercial Credit Analyst. She holds an A.A.S. in Business Management and a General Business Certificate of Proficiency.

Kristen currently resides in Bridgeville, DE with her husband, Alex, and their two children, Alexis and Joey. She has taught classes for Junior Achievement and is a member of Young Professionals.
