Kathy Bennett, Assistant Vice President of Avery W. Hall Insurance Agency, Inc., is a native of the Eastern Shore of Md. She started in the insurance business in 1977, working part-time for Peninsula Insurance Company while still in High School. Kathy has been focused on meeting local businesses insurance needs for over 20 years and joined the Avery Hall Insurance Group in 1995. In order to make sure she can meet the expectations of her clients, Kathy obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1995, and is currently working towards the Certified Risk Manager designation, both of which require yearly updates.

Outside of work, Kathy volunteers with a local non-profit that provides services to the homeless. She is also addicted to the gym & her kindle. She & her husband Bruce live in Salisbury and they have three children and two grandchildren.
