Kathy began her insurance career in 1989 and received her Life and Health Insurance license in 1991 while working for Landmark Insurance in Princess Anne, MD. She came to Avery Hall in 2004 as an account manager in the personal lines department and obtained her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation in 2010 and she is currently working towards obtaining her designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). In her 22 years of insurance experience she says she has seen many changes, but one thing that has never changed is the importance of servicing all her customers in a timely manner.

Kathy resides in Mardela Springs, MD with her Husband Marc of 19 years.
