Julia A. “Judy” Esham started her insurance career in 1977 and has worked on both the company and agency sides of the industry. She joined the Avery Hall Insurance Group in 1986 and earned the Associate in Underwriting (AU) designation followed by the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation which is considered one of the highest designations amongst Property & Casualty Professionals.

Judy is Vice President of Avery W Hall Insurance Agency, Inc. and serves on the Executive Committee while still sharing her vast underwriting skills as the Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager with a team of 12 Account Managers in her department.

Judy is the chaplain of the Willard‟s Volunteer Fire Dept Ladies Auxiliary and can be found volunteering for the Fire Department every Thursday.
