Jill has eighteen years of accounting and human resource experience. Prior to joining Avery W. Hall Insurance Agency in 1998, her career path had traveled thru governmental with Capital School District's in their food service department; and then to manufacturing with an aerosol company that moved from New York to Delaware.

Jill earned her undergraduate in accounting and her MBA from Salisbury University. Most recently in 2010 she obtained her human resource designation SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resource).

She has sat or currently does sit on the following boards: Wicomico Library Board, ESHRM (Eastern Shore Human Resource Management), Avery Hall Benefit Solutions, Inc., AWH, Inc., and her local Historical Society.

Her community involvements include the following: American Cancer Society, United Way CIC Committee, Church, WINPAC, March of Dimes, and local community organizations.
