Jessica Timmons has been with Avery Hall Insurance Agency for 4 ½ years, starting as our receptionist in 2006. She was promoted to Account Manager in 2007 with Avery Hall Benefit Solutions. Jessica is responsible for day to day customer service needs, including billing issues, enrollment matters and claims inquiries. Jessica obtained her license in Life and Health Insurance and is certified in the Consumer Directed Health Care market.
