Cindy is President of Avery Hall Benefit Solutions, with offices in Salisbury and Easton, MD. She started in the insurance business in 1990 with Delmarva Health Plan/CareFirst, and has been with Avery Hall since 1994, when the Easton office was established.

The benefits division provides individual health and employee benefit packages, including life, disability, dental and vision insurance, Medicare supplement plans, and Medicare prescription drug plans for individuals, families and businesses primarily on Maryland‟s Eastern Shore and in Delaware. Cindy enjoys working with group clients to figure out solutions to their benefit challenges.

Cindy graduated from University of Richmond's E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, with a degree in Marketing and Management. She has been married since 1984 to her husband, Dave, and they have two sons.
